This hotel was set in a very central area right by airport, shopping mall and the walking Street and food markets and shopping areas. The rooms were large with decent bathroom & warm comfortable water, the stuff were nice.

Our room at Bgw Phuket had a spacious balcony with a nice view. the beach and Bangla Road were just a short walk away, making it convenient for exploring. the bathroom was large and clean, and we appreciated the helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay and the chill vibes. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

The hotel has a truly exceptional location within easy walking distance of the mall, the beach, Bangla Street, central Patong, and restaurants. the room was spotless, huge, and we had a balcony, decent bathroom, and warm, comfortable water.

The hotel is conveniently located near the shopping center, party street, and beach, making it easy to explore the area on foot. the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, offering valuable information about things to do in the area, motorbike rentals, and organizing island tours at competitive prices. the rooms are comfortable and reasonably sized, providing a pleasant stay for guests.

My recent stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! the staff here is extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. the location is excellent, just a short walk away from the shopping center, Bangla Road nightlife, and the beach. the common areas, like the bar/lounge, were perfect to hang out and relax. the rooms were spacious and clean, and I particularly loved having a balcony. the owner even personally cleaned our rooms when the cleaning lady was sick, showing real dedication to guest satisfaction. Coffee and tea were available daily for 50 baht, which was convenient.

the noise at night due to the party vibe might bother light sleepers, and the lockers were a bit small for my liking.

Clean rooms, helpful staff, friendly atmosphere, great memories from activities and outings. Fast check-in/out, affordable rates, kind and accommodating hosts, cozy environment.
